1. Why am I receiving invoices from WatchMeGrow instead of PB&J TV?PB&J TV has officially merged with WatchMeGrow. Going forward, your invoices and billing services will be managed by WatchMeGrow.
2. Where do I find my billing portal?You’ll receive an email from billing@watchmegrow.com with a link to your secure billing portal. The link is unique to your account and THERE IS NO USERNAME OR PASSWORD REQUIRED. But you do need your own link to get access.
3. What if I can’t find the email with my billing link?No problem. Just call our support team at 1-800-483-5597 and we’ll send you a new link right away.
4. Do I need to set up Auto Pay again?Yes. Your stored payment method from PB&J TV won’t carry over. Once you access your new billing portal, you’ll need to re-enter your payment details and set up Auto Pay if you'd like to continue automatic billing.
5. Will my service be interrupted?Not at all. This billing system update won’t impact your service.
6. I already paid PB&J TV, what happens to that payment?We’ve got you covered. Any recent payments made to PB&J TV will be reconciled on our end. No further action is needed.
7. Why is there sales tax on my invoice now?WatchMeGrow is legally required to collect sales tax in 40+ states, including for software services in many of them. This may result in a small increase in your monthly invoice.
8. How do I submit a tax-exempt certificate? Email your exemption certificate to billing@watchmegrow.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
9. Can I track and manage my invoices online?Yes! In your billing portal, you can:
- View and download invoices
- Pay online via ACH
- Update your stored payment methods
- Enroll in Auto Pay
